Walk in interview for Pharmacist at National AIDS Research Institute | M.Pharm, B.Pharm

National AIDS Research Institute [NARI] was established in October 1992 in Bhosari, Pune on a seven acre plot. The Institute has progressively expanded its activities in various aspects of research on HIV and AIDS through infra-structural development, capacity building & research programmes. The present infrastructure includes the Institute housed in a 28024 sq. mtr space, residential accomadation for the staff, a power plant to ensure uninterrupted power supply and an incinerator for safe disposal of bio-waste.

Candidates are invited for walk in written test and skill assessment for the following posts under project /'Capacity Building for undertaking the "Phase II randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VPM1002 and Mw (MIP) vaccines in preventing TB in healthy household contacts of new pulmonary TB Patients Project:. These posts are purely temporary and are to be filled on project period.
Age : 30 years
Essential Qualification :  B. Pharm (Pharmacy) from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized Institute
Desirable Criteria : M. Pharm (Pharmacy) from a recognized university with Two years work experience in clinical trials or 5 year experience in clinical trial after essential qualification
Job Responsibilities : 
• To establish pharmacy set up for clinical trial study
• Ensuring temperature maintenance requirement at storage, shipment, dispensation and administration site including logistics related to cold chain
• Randomization of participant for trial
• To check for the quality of product received, storing condition and dispensation along with product log document
• To prepare product / placebo as per protocol
• To dispense primary care medicine dispensing in clinic
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 31,000/-p.m

No.1895, Pune -411026, on prescribed date and time.SC/ST/PH and women are exempted from payment of application fee.
Candidates belonging to OBC category should produce Non-creamy layer certificate from the competent authority empowered to issue such certificate at the time of walk-in-personal interview. Age and experience is relaxable in deserving cases. Government servants should apply through proper channel or enclose ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present office/employer along w ith their application. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or bringing political or other influence with regards to the selection shall be considered as a disqualification.
