Requirements
- Able to read prescriptions(Rx) and OTC orders.
- Directly calling to customers in case any clarification required before dispensing the order.
- 100% accurate medicine dispensing/packaging according to Rx within the TAT.
- Vendor reconciliation and settlement of daily accounts with Vendor.
- Managing inventory of vendor and ensure medicines are not out of stock.
- Maintain master data for order tracking.
- Ensure all processes are followed at the storelevel.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelors (D.Pharma or B.Pharma) degree.
- Passion to grow fast in a hustle mode (AlwaysON).
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Should be comfortable in working in shifts and onweekends.
- Retail pharma dispensing experience preferable(min.2years).
